Returns and Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for any orders under $125. All orders $125 will automatically receive free shipping.

How do I return an item?

To start a return online, email jvosters@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Champaign. Online orders can't be returned to other locations. 

Can I return an item for a refund? 

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 15 days of purchase can be returned for a store credit. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals!
